Hello Jay,

As a British 125 rider i thought you might know the answer to this.

How much difference is there in the machines you ride in British 125 racing to the MotoGP 125's ?

Good luck this season

About Me:
Hi,
Im Jay Lewis ive started racing when i was 12 (2005) on minimotos in the british minimoto championship, i got 4th in the end.

Then in 2006 when i was 13 i got an ACU lisence and started racing on the bigger tracks like cadwell park, oulton park and donnington park and i also raced on the big karting tracks like three sisters when i wasnt racing on the big tracks, in the end of the year i was 3rd on the karting tracks having missed many round and broke down in some of the rounds i was in.

In 2007 at 14 i started racing a Honda RS125R in the New ERA superclub championships winning my first four races on it and eventually winning the championship by over 50 points having been leading it by over 100 points for a while before a crash that tore my little finger up made me miss 4 rounds.
In 2007 i also wildcarded in the last 5 british 125 championship. only qualifying outside of the points once. on my return from injury from the cadwell park race and finishing in the points twice, crashing twice and finsishing outside the top 20 once on my comeback from injury.

In 2008 i am doing the British 125 championship and so far have qualifyed on the front row every round, but from that only have one finish ni 7th place after suspension problems.
the other two rounds at oulton and thruxton i got knocked off and had to retire on lap 1 because of a clutch problem.
