Jason Douglas donington park moto Gp support race

sorry for the delay, well off we go to motogpto race with thundersport gp3 we had 20 min qualifying on Thursday. So off we go to the holding area with slicks and tyre warmers but the weather was not looking hopeful and in true British tradition the wets went on . So we had wet qualifying in the session Jason was having problems with quick shifter but with only 20 mins he had to keep going and make the best of the time he in the end up he was in 22ed which is not good but nothing we can do we race on Saturday so will take quick shifter of as no chance to test.
well race day has arrived the kids have been mixing with the moto gp stars. WE have taken quick shifter of when doing this I noticed the bearing in gear leaver was damaged and very tight so we removed the gear and brake side of and replaced with a set of cougar red what a difference smooth and look nice but we still left quick shifter of . In the race weather was dry time 17.50hrs so the boys take to the grid off we go Jason got good start and was looking good on the first 3 lap and had moved up to 15th but on the next lap Jason let me no the temp was going up and down we gave him the signal to keep going but tells me he slowed down as temp went up to 76 he was thinking bad news but on the next lap it fell to 72 and then came down so he decided to go for it the lap's were coming down. Jason was now catching up he was having a good race with Joel-Robinson-Campbell-crane as they enter the foggy s it was close then we loose sight of them as they head for Melbourne loop and Jason comes out in front and holds on to take 9th over all from 36 starter's and qualifying in 22ed place now I will have to look at bike to find out about temp going up and down next brands hatch??
